Kuzu kafe is a coffee shop a place for customer to relax, to socialize, enjoys one’s company with great location and friendly staff. Kuzu kafe will be a partnership business owned by Ms. Sangay lham and Ms. Kencho dem. Ms. Lham hold degree in the field of tourism and has three year working experience in a travel agency. Ms kencho dem has worked in a chain hotel for the past ten years.

Kuzu kafe will offer various coffee (cappuccino, café latte, café americano, espresso, and mochaccino) and it will be complemented by varied pastries like tarts, croissants, decadent cookie, scones and budt cake. Kuzu kafe will not practise classical coffee making as barista charge high price instead the café will go for jura impressa (automatic coffee machine) which is specialised in making five kind of coffee.

The café will be an interesting place to visit as the café offer free book that the customer can read to enjoy their stay.  There will be a good number of books that will be stored in the shelve for the customer. Offering of book is the unique selling point of kuzu kafe which the local café doesn’t offer.

Kuzu kafe will be in the center of the city with the intention of targeting core group of repeat customers like office worker, school student, college student and regional tourist.

The café will use promotion tool such as advertising in media, digital marketing and direct marketing to build a solid base of loyal customer.
